While the criticism here isn't entirely wrong, I wonder how you would shut down a lottery that operates in a decentralized way. I think that's just not possible and governments will need to think about solutions other than shutting something down which you can't shut down.

1.Lottery based on blockchain and belongs to community. Licenses will make/have affiliates and referrals. Also Fire Lotto will make gambling license ( need more than 4 months and more than 300k €)
