I'm a newbie so I've a lot of doubts but i like the project and I would try to invest on it.
I dont' understand if during pre-ico, I can buy/transfer eth --> flot by an exchange (as bittrex, gdax etc..) without using a wallet or I need to use only a wallet (exchange rule states to not trasnfer eth to/from an ethereum contract). Further, same question about future commissions withdraw related to fire lotto tokens purchased.

The player can turn an unlimited number of wheels in one game, which reduces the waiting time and increases the number of tickets bought by the player. The wheel rotates for 20–30 seconds.
