The firelotto ico payment site is super fast. Both BTH & ETH require a single confirmation . If you click the Bill Paid after the confirmation to get your tokens in less than 5 mins.

I would write it in better way: 'all investors need to have a hope that they will get right amount of FLOTs' ... while that should be guaranteed by smart contract (so basically source code that everyone can check before investment).

The same system used B2Bx ICO and many overs. All investors got all tokens without any problems.
There are several ways to give tokens to investors.

Organize it in this way is a huuuuge vulnerability hole where everything bad can happen.

Fire Lotto could add just few lines more to standard ERC20 smart contract and make it releasing FLOTs at specified date (that means: at specified, hardcoded block number).

Already made good quality lottery.
If Fire Lotto will show full code today, everybody can copy it and make same lottery. It`s not fair for the current investors.
We must make huge promotion at 1st and make lottery popular.
