So you are also going to provide a stable digital currency? If not, then there is volatility risk involved within FNDs themselves. How are you going to solve that?

FND should be considered safe and stable, since it represents the investor's interest in a fund with a unique dual strategy: leveraging the high-growth opportunities of blockchain, whilst simultaneously mitigating its risks by allocating a significant proportion of capital to private equity assets uncorrelated with the blockchain sector, and it is not tied to BTC, ETH or any other cryptocurrency.
I will do my best to provide you more details as soon as possible.

Why would this coin be the first ever private equity coin? Can't almost any coin sold during an ICO be considered a private equity token?

Private equity here means that the funds raised during this ICO will be invested by an investment Fund - the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund - created by the experienced company
www.finlescapitalmanagement.nl
into the real world operating companies and instrument - typical investment types include corporate lending, mezzanine finance (loans and equity), p2p lending platforms and other specialist instruments, e.g.: page 23 of the White Paper https://finles.capital/white-paper.pdf

I see, but does that really come with a benefit over traditional investing?

The principal benefits for investors are the following:
- This ICO opens the door for retail investors to profit from PE investments. Traditional PE investment requires the investor to allocate substantial capital. This ICO backed by the fund is different. The minimum amount to invest is 1 FND=1 Euro
- Investors can buy FNDs with their cryptocurrencies, and obtain the FND denominated in Euros to hedge the crypto volatility risks (while with the trandition investing, only fiat currencies can be used).

So you are also going to provide a stable digital currency? If not, then there is volatility risk involved within FNDs themselves. How are you going to solve that?

Good question Smiley

Since FND is not tied to either BTC or ETH, your investments will not be affected by other cryptocurrencies' price fluctuations. The FundCoin ICO links crypto capital to the real world, income and growth generated by real companies operating activities, which makes it a safer harbor for the upcoming cryptocurrency possible market correction. FundCoin is denominated in Euros. Thus, it is a safer harbor for investors that can purchase tokens with their cryprocurrencies and thus hedge their investments and avoid high volatility of cryptocurrencies

So, FND will be always in Euros?

Yes, FND will be in Euros. When Finles Capital buys back FundCoins, it will pay with cryptocurrencies at a rate of an exchange.

I see, thanks

bittrex will be?

Don't worry, there will be all major exchanges!
Now a days, most of the new coins are not getting listed into all major exchanges. If fundcoin will be hitting all major exchanges then that will be really nice to trade them. Recently I tried new exchange for a new coin. But till I complete my trade I was in full of panic as I was not sure whether that exchange will pay me or not. But when we are having our coin in all major exchange then such frustrations will be  completely eliminated.
Why you are taking such risk. I will avoid an exchange when that exchange is not having good reputation in this forum. You can urge devs to list a coin in your own preferred exchange also. I guess fundcoin will not give us such experiences as getting list out in all major exchange must be a right move.

Always having multiple choices for exchanges must be a great support from devs.

That's right. The FundCoin will be freely available and traded at the Ethereum compatible exchanges. The list of the available exchanges will be announced later. Please sign in to our newsletter https://finles.capital/ to get the actual news.
