Hello! We are not making betting platform right now, so we can't clarify this issue at the moment. But we will need to "lock" the rate somehow when we will start creating betting platform. Right now our forces are focused on the Casino, when techniques like that are unnecessary.

EU legal regulations equals it to the illegal banking, so unfortunately, it's impossible.
But it's easier to participate via cryptocurrency!
