Just to confirm: we have not announced anything yet because we are currently investigating the situation. We take these accusations very seriously, this is the first we have heard of this so called 'serial scammer' and we are doing everything in our power to investigate the issue. He has been removed from our website as a precaution, however we are taking steps to find out if these accusations are valid or not before making a final decision. Alex joined Gizer under a minor advisor role giving advice on the sale, if these allegations are proven to be true then he will be permanently removed from our project.
