I don’t understand why you decide to make not centralized casino? What’s wrong with centralized? 
issue with centralization is that casino filled with bots and professionals. For the new or recreational player, such opponents result in a poor gaming experience causing them to leave the platform. Alose are problems with platform operators, whitelabel software providers, agents/ affiliates.
