Seems very similar to AION in my honest opinion. Can anyone highlight the differences?
Both are Gen 3 blockchains that focus on interoperability. Watch a few youtube vids on both it won't take too long (a couple hours). But definitely not enough space here to do them justice.
One thing to nore is that Don Tapscott is an advisor to ICON. He arrived in Korea for a conference yesterday. His son is part of the leadership group over at AION. Very interesting.
What is AION? Its ERC20 token? I seen, that AION trading on ED.
ICON will have own blockchain or this is only ERC20 tokens also?
You're going to need to look further into AION yourself.
ICON foundation has its own native chain called loopchain. At the moment the ICX token is locked as an ERC20 token. Apparently when the mainnet launches the ICX token will be exported onto the loopchain, and may not be an ERC20 any more. More details regarding this aspect of ICX is coming.
Thank you for explaine. If I want to buy Icon tokens, than: Ill buy tokens, when it hit to exhanges and... can i change them to coins, when they will have own blockchain?
We haven't been instructed yet as to how the ICX token will be distributed to exchanges.
What we do know is that the ICON Mainnet will have a DEX.
We also know that theloop, which is also the ICON Foundation already has its' own exchange, Coinone. We have not yet been told that Coinone will be listing ICX. So all I can personally speculate is that it's a good chance that ICX will be listed on Coinone.
For those who are not aware Coinone has enormous momentum in recent months. They introduced XRP and ETC trading to Korea.
Also, according to coinmarketcap.com, in the last 24 hrs Coinone has handled just over USD$230,000,000 of trading.
They are also ranked 8th in the world today in trading volume.

They have been working quietly in the background, with contractual relationships. They are well prepared for mass adoption across multiple industries. And they have a ready-built vehicle that will allow them further exposure in the crypto/blockchain space. Hope that helps.
