Token swap - 1st quarter of 2018
I couldn't find this token swap first quarter of next year rather it says Blockchain optimizations will be released and BTCx will become an available option in some online shopping websites in Q1 2018.
Actually according to the Roadmap timeline, the swap is scheduled for second quarter. It says that contracts with new partners will be announced and updates will be released. Private transaction features will be implemented. Token swap to new and unique blockchain for new upgrades.
Thanks for the clarification although not much was said about this token swap in the roadmap. What's the swap all about? Is it a swap from ERC20 token to which one exactly? Also what ratio would this swap be as regards the amount token holders have invested their possessions, is it going to be in ratio 1:1 or 2:1. I would appreciate more details about the swap in this regards.
Like you mentioned, the information regarding token swap is not as explicit as it should be as there isn't much information about it on the website. Maybe a team member would answer all questions regarding this here.

The limited supply would certainly drive up the price of btcx because demand would increase while supply is limited to just 21M tokens.

Yeah, getting listed on one of those exchanges would be huge and it would bring a lot of attention.
