This is a bad news in the last days of the ICO although on the ICO rating sites it is also rated with a high score.The person who posted Ubcoin bounty on BTT is different from the bounty manager. The bounty manger is Joel_Jantsen and he even have a positive rating. So there is nothing to worry about.
