I think we can refer to other trading platforms. After all, there is a standard for what's good or bad. As long as it is genuine, I don't think the problem will be great.

Transaction is made only in case of the product is checked for quality, so the buyers are protected, too.

If you’re a seller, you get a guarantee that there’re enough tokens on the account of yr buyer.

Yes you can!

Buying up to 50 ETHcan be done anonymously. 50ETH and up will require a KYC, so then it will not be anonymously anymore
