The seller has sent me a product of poor quality. How can I prove it?

Gather the proofs that you have and resort to arbitration.

Hey. Why not remove the outdated ads automatically? What’s the need to add date filter?

Good afternoon. U offer quite generous bonuses. Are they provided on the ICO? I’m afraid that this fact can have negative impact on the value of the token.

Hello. Nowadays many platforms suffer from fake promo actions. Are u an exception?
The team doesn’t have such statistics, however, prophylactic measures are taken in order to fight against the scammers.
What do they look like? I doubt their efficiency.
It’s simple: u can always find posts about additional promo actions on social networks of the platform.
How does it help? Will all the users check the conditions when someone offers them to make a profitable purchase?
It’s better to be overcautious if they havent heard about such offer yet. It wont take more than a minute.

Perhaps it’s better to use some more efficient methods? It seems to me that such an approach isnt enough.
The users know that the administration of the platform never adds u on social networks and never PMs u in Telegram. If it happens, it means that you’ve come across a scammer.

Good afternoon. There’re a lot of platforms offering the same options but for fiat today. What’s the difference between you and them?

"We are not only NOT similar, we are absolutley unique compared to other platforms. So there are two businesses you could possible compare us:        1) Marketplace. Ebay is the closest example. We are not compiting with that business, though we are using the same way of selling and buying goods - but the audience and purpose of that buy/sell operations are - to INVEST or EXIT in crypto. So if a person wants to sell his iPad and get USD - he always goes to Ebay. But
a person wants to become investor in Crypto and all other ways are complicated fot him - he uses an ordinary way - selling anything. 2) Exchanges. Bitfinex is the closest example. We are taking the idea of investing. But the main difference is that in classic exchange you need other currency to exchange it to crypto and back. Exchange will set limits and you’ll need to pass KYC, as they are dealing with real money."

Good afternoon. Why cant u start working with small and medium-sized business at the start of the platform?
Such cooperation will take place once regulations make conditions better.

It’s weird that these regulations don’t interfere with development of trade between the users.
Legislative machine is the point. If a user sells his things on the platform, he isnt taxed and his activities aren’t tracked by the government.
But many countries don’t regulate cryptocurrencies yet. Maybe you should attract business anyway?
It’s quite risky. In addition, it’s much more rational for business to wait for regulations and them start carrying out its activities rather than bear losses ‘cause of their sudden implementation.
Do u mean that we shouldn’t expect for  appearance of major brands on ubcoin?
