I in general understand the mechanism of reward for knowledge, or I think I understand

This is quite different from other ICO, and because of this those people that has a little knowledge token means what a little knowledge also? Interesting and quite alarming for those that don't have enough knowledge. Investors might want to support this ICO just because this is a project based knowledge.

Huh? How would tokens be generated from "knowledge" More importantly how would the platform even test the amount of "knowledge" you have?

Let me point out some omissions and make suggestions.
1.First of all your OP, constructing OP from pics and jpgs is deemed to be bad manners, cause it's literally unreadable.
2. It's business' common courtesy to condense project's the very idea. It took me some time to figure out what's your project about, much more time then I was ready to spend. Suggest making short explainer video, as it's one the most effective way to send a message.
3. Put some particular use cases of implementation and utilizing for all parties involved.
