Are there any competitors trying to do this already?

I am guessing no because I tried searching and couldn't really find anything on it. That is good news for this project. It's sure to give you guys an edge on the market.

In the event that the hardcap isn't reached, what happens? I don't expect that will happen, but I'm just curious.

Does Photochain have a blog? If so, could someone link it? I would be interested in learning more about this project and really enjoy reading blogs on interesting projects.

Is there still any sort of bounty campaign going on for Photochain?

If there is a bounty, can someone give me a link to find out more information? If not, will there be a bounty in the future?

At this point it's obvious blockchain has an insane amount of useful scenarios.

What do you think it is about blockchain that makes it ideal for for a stock photo platform?

I'm still interested in learning more about the teams thoughts on this.

What kind of information would you be getting from contributors? I ask because there is naturally a concern for users uploading copyright images and I'm interested to learn more about how you plan on handling such matters.

I really liked you project, however, it is stated in your whitepaper that there is a voting process and voters should be an authorized user. Can you provide a detailed explanation as to how to be authorized?

We intend to use voting in two key areas: 1. for claims management - as an unbiased moderator and 2. for changes to the the Photochain dapps' code, especially in the smart contract - as we have long term ambitions to convert into a Decentralized Autonomous Organization.

In the case of claims management - voters need to be authorized so that we have some assurance that the voting accounts are legitimate users with unbiased incentives.

And for changes in the smart contract, we need the same principles apply, as to uphold the integrity of a vote to change key codes in the smart contracts.

Ok. Thank you for clarification. Will read more about this project. I also stumbled upon cryptorated.com, I think they provide unbiased reviews.

I actually tried my hand at professional photography a few years back. I couldn't believe how little sites were going to pay me. They'd charge someone $5 to use my photo, and I'd be lucky to get $1... That makes no sense whatsoever. What directory in the world charges a 80% listing fee?? Insanity.

Quoted from your whitepaper "Users work’s data on the IPFS node is encrypted. The keys are released to the seller via the smart contract when the purchase is made, so the purchased work can be downloaded in the correct resolution. Since the data addresses in IPFS are generated exclusively for the uploaded file with each upload, only they know who the uploaders are. After the purchase, the file is copied to the IPFS node via the smart contract and therefore from the buyer to the client, meaning only the buyer knows the address. Protecting confidentiality on the network is thus maintained."
"The keys are released to the seller via the smart contract when the purchase is made,"
Do you mean "The keys are released to the BUYER via the smart contract when the purchase is made,
