How that decentralized voting system will work about what one mate has shared remains to be seen. Yes that is correct this token is trading on that exchange too maybe people missed this news and that is why they are not trading on this exchange. I also hope in future this token will be listed on attractive exchanges but during this time we can buy this at low price.

I think people is not trading on that exchange because you need to verify your mobile phone to register there.

I am not sure that this is the manipulation of large investors. This is the impact of the negative market. Now almost all ICO bring losses to investors and for this reason there is panic.

Maybe this is impact of the recent movement of the market which bringing the price down and sell pressure is increasing there. I hope when this platform will be operational than investors will get some relief otherwise it will continue like this.
