I am happy to answer you but it is obviously better that you make up your own mind by checking our subreddit and blog section, or more broadly, our online presence.

According to this update presale is started from Monday, January 22. So this is going on or not get started yet. What is the hard cap of this crowdsale if $20M for the presale. Where I can find these details OP is missing that important thing.
