The countries are named in Russian in the eng whitepaper and there lack some references on the info you used. I take it that your project is still in early stages (like the one I represent), but the idea sounds very attractive and original. Just work a bit more on the lack of content and stuff, I am sure you can succeed after that! Launching ICOs is not an easy task nowadays, but good luck!

We intentionally have not created a huge White Paper, we just would like it to be convenient to read. We also tried to present the main idea more simply.
