If they do have a real know-how of drinkable water prodaction, they do not need this fucking ico games - OUN and ather world organizations would finance this project with no word. I am not right?

We run the project on pilot mode. You can read here for more info. a pretty good project, all this time I've only seen the ico project with the concept of water. if you look at the global conditions if the project is running it should be able to have a good concept for the future
