MH/s determine the difficulty it is using to generate block

if the if the MH/s is too low block will not mine, if it is too high block will mine with high difficulty .

the more MH/s increase the more difficulty also increase.

There was a difficulty 15.02. I extracted 1 block, the difficulty does not change. I mine 10 more blocks, the difficulty does not change. But it has already changed, after a number of blocks

I found the block and advanced the chain. In the ANN you are told that the difficulti target is a  1 block. I found several blocks, the difficulty does not change

it is working now.
