One of the components of the n.exchange Eco-System is the Merchant solution.
This merchant solution is available for traditional-economy enterprises to get paid with cryptocurrency and receive fiat, a different cryptocurrency, or any combination of the original payment currency with the aforementioned.
Another aspect to this solution is enabling multi-currency payments for the purpose of ICO.
We are happy to announce that we are planning to deploy our solution to be used on our own ICO (naturally).
This solution also has fiat & KYC integration, but for now, for regulatory and ideological reasons we do not intend to accept local (fiat) currency as part of our crowd-sale.
To summarize that, every currency that is supported by the n.exchange API under the following endpoint would be accepted during the public sale, whilst the private sale would be confined to ETH only.

What will be the uses of your token apart than cover up to 100% of ourtrading costs?
The token can be used not only to cover trading costs, but also mining pool fees, and merchant solution fees.
Except for the fees, we will allow a closed set of partners to offer their products with a considerable discount in return for NEX tokens, this is covered by the white-paper that is also available under n.exchange/ico.
Special perks for large stakeholders as described in the white-paper.
In the future, we would consider a dividend system, but this requires that we obtain the regulatory sandbox status with the FCA first (Q1-Q2 2019).

According to the terms of service from our White paper (page 2)
NEX tokens are not available in countries where local geopolitical restrictions apply.
These geopolitical restrictions include, but are not limited to, bans, regulations, regional
court verdicts, court orders.
These regions include, but are not limited to:
1. South Korea
2. All US states and territories, including US citizens staying abroad*
*Except accredited investors
This project it is very interesting, the fact that they haven't got fees during the first year is very innovative, I hope that n.exchange project will be succesfull
