Do they disclose the project to public and can it be used by public people? I see there are still many people who distribute tokens manually and maybe this project still have some spaces to get audiences.

I know guys who have already created such program in the very beginning of this year. Without any ICO. They spent several thousand $$ for that. This fact puts me to think, that this ICO is running only for raising funds for cheap feature.

The CEO was attacked by Pneumonia, so he was unable to run the project for a while and now he made new team and started the project as round 2 and the ICO is live now!
And I hope this project is not SCAm and can be successful in the future.
