Joberr is going to work exactly like Fiverr, where anybody can sell micro-jobs for a small fee (translations, paintings, composing songs, writing, etc).
Gratulations on the brand label, Fiverr somehow missed the goal by implying "five bucks" as a limit for their jobs. And undercutting the 20% processing fee by applying full automation (done by smart contracts) looks promising.
You got a blog, maybe one Dev could present himself? A name has been mentioned, Tristan. There is a PR personality?

Bitcointalk original post translations - 50 Joberr tokens / translation;
Blog posts - rates to be discussed in private based on the website traffic;
Twitter - rates to be discussed in private based on the kind and No. of followers;
Unfortunately we are not offering bounties for Bitcointalk signatures in Stage I crowdsale.
Tokens will be distributed only after the Stage II crowdsale ends.
Stage II crowdsale will take place after the project will be tested and launched.
How much portion is reserved for Twitter bounty from my point of view launch this campaign like some running ICO are doing. This would be much helpful as you will get more members to promote.
500 Tokens are reserved for translation bounties covering a maximum of 10 languages which should be enough;
2500 Tokens are reserved for blog posting campaigns;
2000 Tokens are reserved for twitter campaigns. Rates are to be discussed with each participant since twitter accounts are very different judging by follower base.

Are you sure that announcing yourselves and your crowdsale the day before it starts is a good idea? Might want to give people a little time. Also - what country is your project based in?
Originally we had no plan to start a crowdsale without a fully working project.
Yes, it may be a bad idea to announce the crowdsale right before the day it starts but we have no other option at this moment. A 1-2 months preannouncement was not possible.
The stage 1 crowdsale is very limited, with a relatively small maximum cap. to only cover our current needs (to hire more developers), and not affect the main crowdsale at the same time.
A full fledged crowdsale will take place after the project is up and running.
We are based in Denmark.
That doesn't help very much. It's unlikely You'll get a lot of investors because No one actually knows about your project and no one will invest in any project they know nothing of. The right way should be announcing your project to the community & giving them heads up that You'd be holding an ICO to fund your project.
Showing up the day before the crowdsale doesn't say much, really.

Actually I like your bold likes statement about attention massege of joberr crowdfund! Nowadays most of the announcement only carrying best possible promissory vission. After funding period everything take U-turn from initial statement!
Anyway, I'm not sure how far you guys will get by stage 1 crowdfund. But pretty sure you guys will have tough journey to overcome for gaining funding from here!
The interesting fact is everything has easy oltarnative as well. An escrow for holding the funds certainly help the project being fluorised!

Ethlance is more of a freelance marketplace focusing more on one time projects, employers searching employees, etc.

I hope that we can succeed. I can't see how an Escrow will help since we need the funds before the project launches, so there is still no guarantee for investors.
If the Escrow would be to keep the funds until the project launches, the Stage I crowdsale would have no point at all.
