quick question about the payment of "dividends"
If the dividend is paid in ETH to the wallet that they were purchased from, then what happens when one buys or sells a token from the exchange?
do ICO holders still get dividends even after the tokens have been sold on or is the dividend paid into the ETH address that the token currently resides on? if it is all automatic then how does the smart contract know which address to send ETH to?

Dividends will be consistently paid to token holders monthly,as long as you keep it in your wallet.However dividends will not be allocated to you once you sell your tokens on exchanges.

I am very interested in this project because it is very similar to Uber and Grab but Cartaxi will definitely change the industry as this is definitely a new revolution in the transport industry and I will invest a little bit of ETH.

I dont know why the hype got lowered for cartaxi when it is one of the most potential successful venture of the future. Raised $5.3 Mil and moving towards hard cap as 10 more days remaining.
I don't really think the hype got lowered. It is just that many of the people who planned to invest now already invested. I believe the first days are often the most active days in ICOs.
Thats what I was meant, when Cartaxi pre ICO reached hard cap, I thought it will reach the the hard cap within record time but it stopped raising after 30-40%. Still hope is there and lets see how far it will go.

- in the White paper it is stated that 100% of CTX tokens represent 100% ownership of CarTaxi. Does that mean that the tokens holders are de facto shareholders? What legal entity is this ownership related to (i.e., what legal entity is CarTaxi)? How is the ownership legally ensured?
- besides ownership and CTX tokens as a payment method, are there any other implementations of the blockchain technology within Cartaxi project
