There is no passive income for investors otherwise in European bylaws we become security and not utility, so it means that it is not possible to make a legal ICO when contributors receive dividends.

We believe that the given hard cap of 17.5M and the ratio to the soft cap is correct. Besides that, we do have a commercially revenue generating product having a replacement value of more than 10M$ so our first approaches with partners make us strongly believe that the soft cap is easily reachable. From a project perspective, it is decent funding to expand our Rewards club functionality through the future Pbet token

It seems to me to collect 17.5 million really only if you decide to hold the IEO. Do you have such plans?

Yes we have more than 20 casinos that have our physical casino management system. We have multiple ones that manifested interest to expand to the Unified Gaming Platform. We have decided to start with one casino and expand from there. The announcement of this project will be divulged soon and the expected date to start the project is in Q3-2019
