This is cloudmining like Genisis baked by a coin instead of paying BTC/...? If so I don't think there is any need for this.

It's not cloud mining, the PeerMine is the coin with a marketplace project, it's not like 300 Token or Genesis.
It is a currency that gives both advantages over mining, but also a currency of exchange that will enable to buy products on the Marketplace among thousands of products and services.
Peermine will be listed on a dozen exchange platform with a high price.
