Will your PSK support old coins with PoS, without DEV, but still alive ? For example, we have a great coin - Communitycoin. No premine, no ICO. It is really good coin. But dev is gone.

It is important to keep in mind that with PoS design, choices can vary greatly and that a black-and-white division of consensus algorithms is sometimes not possible because a project may be to a large extent PoS-based but have some elements of BFT (e.g. Casper or Neo).

So validators that suggest the next block are selected randomly. Then a multi-round voting mechanism determines which block gets finally added to the chain. Unlike chain-based PoS, BFT consensus does not depend on the length or size of the chain after it. Consensus on a block can come from within that same block.

Overall, the list of PoS algorithms falls into two main categories: chain-based and Byzantine Fault Tolerant (BFT). In chain-based PoS validators are selected pseudo-randomly to create the next block. In BFT the act of suggesting the next block and creating the next block are seperated.

At the moment we are preparing everything for qtum but the idea is to allow all of them and to make votes on blockchain to insert others that would eventually be missing

The main goal of PSK is to create a blacksmith pool that will be protected by ERC20 standards, where the owners of PoS coins will be able to assemble together on the given PoS block chain to increase their rewards for forgery. This reduces the requirements for filing applications for forgery and ensures decentralization. PSK also plans to save research time and increase revenues through the database and Smart io platform. The platform will provide an analytical platform that monitors the performance of various moles of PoS.

The key to determining which ICO to invest is the "Why Blockchain?" Check. If the company does not have a clear use case that requires decentralization, it fails. @poolofstake does this even further, having the decentralization of Stake Lock evidence as the primary value.
