I want to inform for US and international falls;- Presale U.S. falls under Reg. D exemption meaning token purchasers must be accredited or sophisticated investors.
- Presale International falls under Reg. S exemption meaning token purchasers do not need to meet Reg. D requirements, but CANNOT be U.S. persons.
