Hello,Hard cap is $20 million. Basically there are two phases: Pre-ICO and ICO itself. We will do our best to collect funds and reach cap, that is why we prefer to move slowly, perhaps, but steadily. We will announce our final decision on what to do if funds are not collected and post it on the website officially.

We accept Ethereum (ETH). You need to transfer ETH to the ICO contract address provided to you after you have registered. Please do not send any ETH from Exchanges - that is, do not use wallet addresses provided by Exchanges like Coinbase, Bittrex, Poloniex, Kraken, etc. You need to transfer ETH from your personal Wallet (for example: myetherwallet or imToken). This is because PGT will be swapped directly to the same wallet as ETH. In a while, we will be also be accepting Bitcoin (BTC).

Hello,Tokens swap occur when the ETH transaction is verified on the ETH blockchain, which is normally immediate. Token swap via other crypto-currencies will take at least one working day. Gold-backed PGG tokens will be given after the end of this ICO.

Hi,
PGT can be used to pay or offset transaction fees whenever the token holders perform any transactions on the Gold Commerce platform. These transactions could be buying of gold with fiat, selling of gold or making payments to merchants. It is intended that holders of PGT will benefit by being charged just 50% of the prevailing fees when PGT is used.
PGT can be used as payment for goods and services. Its low volatility as an asset and its predictability make it an invaluable form of currency.
From time to time, and at the discretion of the Puregold, PGT can be converted to PGG at a rate announced by Puregold at that point in time. It is expected that the retained earnings from Gold Commerce will increase the stockpile of gold held in storage which would increase the supply of PGG accordingly.
From time to time, and on the discretion of the Puregold, PGT holders can also be rewarded with PGG by Puregold, in proportion to the amount of PGT they hold.
