5% is a rather big sum for bounty. I think ROMAD collect a big sum of money so 5% will be a big sum. All the people want to participate in good project that is why so many bounty participants.

You are a little mistaken. These 5% go from the total amount of released tokens, and not from the collected amount of investment.
