It is correctly said: the success of the prof investor does not depend on luck.

The success of an investor, like the success of a team, depends primarily on the collection of information and the ability to correctly understand and use it.

One of the conditions for successful investment is the ability to assess the prospects of projects. Professional investors and beginners are often mistaken.
Professional investors are wrong not so often to lose money (as newcomers). Otherwise, they would not become professionals.

But they are still doing mistakes too. Especially if you are looking at crypto. This is a totally new market and no one actually can predict it
Not so often and yet even professional investors are mistaken. To find a really successful project, it will take a lot of luck and analysis.

My opinion is that luck has nothing to do with it. Projects choose to proceed from what product they do, which team but not at all for luck
When a team starts a new project, it needs to work a lot, develop an advertising campaign and conclude contracts with partners. All this will be a component of luck.

The problem of the "arms race" between antivirus companies and cybercriminals is exacerbated year after year, and most antivirus programs are no longer able to provide a reliable level of protection for users. You can even talk about the crisis of the antivirus industry and the problems associated with it to ensure reliable protection of users.

And it is realy hard to solve this problem. There must be absolutly new techologies. I think the idea to use blockchain in cyber security is very good.

A decentralized database will store information about existing viruses. Then the developers of the anti-virus program will be easier to prepare an update.

Why classic antiviruses (AVs) don’t work

Malware is evolving at an extremely fast pace: around 4 new malware samples are produced every second worldwide and there are over 750 million of them today.

How the classic AV combats malware?

When a new virus is detected, it is sent to the malware analytic laboratory. It means the attack has already taken place.
The malware analysts study the sample, make a signature for it and place it to the database. Sometimes this process takes a couple of hours, sometimes weeks.
The database finally gets to the endpoints. The endpoints should be protected from now on.

What are the disadvantages?

The protection is done post factum, when the malware has already caused irreparable damage.
While the protection is being developed, hundreds of new samples appear worldwide, meaning endpoints are actually never secure. WannaCry and NonPetya have confirmed that.

Of cause it will be better to predict the hackers. But how to do this?

It's not users who have to do this, but the creators of antivirus programs. Users can only choose a reliable antivirus and constantly use it. As for me, in this case the antivirus program ROMAD is ideally suited.

Cybercriminals constantly complicate and improve malicious programs, spreading more and more clever kinds of threats. Dangers lie in wait for the user everywhere.
So frightening Grin. Not so bad. The network is not slum in San Salvador.

Some times the network is more dangerous then the slum in San Salvador. That is why the protection is neccessary. To protect the computor, to protect the personal data, to protect the wallet.

I am have the signature of one of these projects. We live in the capitalist world. Capitalism first of all observes the interests of money or other material values.
You're right. Unfortunately, the health of nature in the interests of capital can only enter in terms of profit.

Romad is different from other antiviruses

Quote

Blockchain technology adds transparency and openness to the user-antivirus relationship.

As a rule of thumb, a user doesn’t know how a virus got to their computer, what the cause was and how the attack was repelled. All the data is recorded in the antivirus database that is, in fact, not accessible. It causes suspicions that antivirus software companies create viruses to have some “work to do.”

In our case, the data is written on the blockchain. After repelling an attack, a record containing a hash from the virus file, the virus type, the time of the attack, and etc. is created. The information is written on the blockchain, which is publicly accessible and can be verified by anyone.

However, the level of computer literacy of ordinary users is increasing. More and more people understand that malicious programs can get to our computer in many different ways.
If you know these methods, then you know how to correctly surf the internet. But even experienced users do not know that the new one at the moment was invented by hackers.

Now it is possible to find a lot of information in internet. But you can not trust all the information.
