I like this project and very professional white paper. The idea is good and original with new technologies (patented I suppose). Anyways I have still doubted what for is blockchain technology needed in an antivirus? For me looks like only for incentives from referrals which you call "license" selling. Please explain.

There are so many virusis and antivirusies can not stop all of them. If you change a antivirus new antivirus usualy finds a virusis after a old one.
