If you unsure in romad performance you can use it together with:

Windows Defender
Eset NOD32 Antivirus
Eset ENDPOINT Antivirus
ESET FILE Sequrity
ESET Smart Sequrity

It is very rare when it is possible to use 2 antivirus together. It is a good thing that it is possible to use Romad antivirus together with the others.
