When any project has ready product it is very usefull for its ICO, because devs won't need time to create the product, that's why investors will recieve their profit much more faster.
That's true, I usually prefer projects that have ready product instead of having lines on piece of paper, I get interested in Romad and I am still reading the whitepaper at current time, I am just not sure if this next-generation can compete with traditional program since there is a giant companies in industry.
I also got interested in this project, they actually have most of the things that you need to see in a legit ICO. The Team who have public appearances attending crypto related gathering, product and I think they can just work out in marketing when they already have enough funds.
