Exactly, this is why I'm pretty concerned when I see a new project / start up without the relevent KYC procedure, this doesn't fill investors with confidence, so it's good to see savedroid had already thought of a good procedure and had everything set in place.

Waiting months for something you paid for is a great way to fill investors with confidence, not only that not everyone can dump at the same time! Great way to control the market, "sorry guys kyc is slow"

You are right, it's not optimal that the KYC process takes a lot of time. But how would you solve this problem? The documents of thousands of backers have to be verified, it's just normal that this will take its time. Some other hyped projects (for example UTrust) had the same problem.

KYC is ongoing, well i think its done by batches after payment confirmation, you'll be notified when it is your turn for the KYC you will receive an email and also it will show up on your dashboard.

i hope savedroid team will be able to finish all KYCs as soon as possible. or days after the token sale so that the distribution of tokens will follow right after, by doing this, it will minimize delays.

Would be a good suggestion, but please take into account there is alot of transactions so please don't be dishearted or in a "rush" to get the tokens.

I'm not sure why some people are so "eager" and keen to get the tokens straight away.

i am not saying that they need to rush, all im saying is that they must start already verifying all those KYC because i know that there are so many investors that went to KYC. this only prevents delays. because many investors are impatient especially there's money involved.

KYC Verification usually happens when the ICO is over, i don't understand the fuss behind the whole thing, the ICO is still ongoing and even when its over, some project take more than 2 weeks to start verification, as i usually say, is unethical to list other projects, if not, i would have stated some ICOs as examples

Don't know why there's a lot of fuss about the verification process time frame. People just need to chill and expect their tokens when it is due... I don't see savedroid as that kind of team than will want to tarnish their reputation.

That's right Ace KYC  verification takes place after ICO, i understand @Disconnecting point i too wanna receive my token as soon as possible but we have to put into consideration that Savedroid team has a schedule they work with they can't be doing KYC verification when sales are ongoing right now i think the team focus are on getting more investors and ensuring the sales run smoothly

For those who needs the following information

UNSOLD TOKENS WILL BE BURNED!

All purchased and reward tokens will be distributed to your ETH wallet latest shortly after the end of the Main Sale (March 9, 2018).
SVD will also be listed on several exchanges like HitBTC and many more.

In a way, I really hope they don't completely sell out so we get a bit more value added to the coins in circulation, I highly doubt this will happen though since the main sale has gone so well.

Not far off 3.5billion tokens sold, get involved whilst you still can

Has anyone already credited a 5% referral bonus on his account?
Have nothing in my account, or do we receive them after the ICO?

I think you have to wait to after ico for ref and bounty payment (if any). I am yet to be credited ref bonus too

I just confirmed with SVD admin. If you are eligible for bonus then you will receive that bonus in your account/wallet after MAIN SALE. You don't worry they will give you rewards what you deserve.

The KYC process, how much time it takes? (after the sale ICO or during? What happens if you do not complete the KYC process?)

KYC process can be legally required in specific countries, if you do not complete the KYC process you might not be legally entitled to invest
it involves providing documents to declare who you

Sad but true the scale of KYC seems to greatly depend on both the investors location as well as the companies location. US seems to be the most strict when it comes to securities and KYC requirements. Some ICOs take a more loose requirement and others just spread the minimum requirement across all of their investors to make sure their covered in the future given the whole kyc situation seems to be evolving for crypto constantly

Exactly, KYC varies among countries, it is also stated on most ICOs that successful KYC varies, what this means is, the time Mr. A provides his details and the time Mr. B  provides his does not matter, as both will not be approved same time, even though they applied same day, just as it happened to me and a friend of mine

The KYC process is not done for everyone at the same time, it's alot of work.
Unless there is an automated system, they will do it in batches

They will probably hire an KYC provider that will take care of the KYC process and speed the whole thing up. IDNow, for example, did a lot of KYC processes for several other ICO projects.

It can be overwhelming, imagine getting loads of personal information on a per second basis and such information need to be accurately checked to avoid scammers and issues from regulatory body(ies), so is understandable for such to take a considerable amount of time before one can be verified

Looks like people are not happy about KYC process. But its needed and should not be avoided. But Savedroid team can help in making this KYC verification faster. I understand that there are lot of people who bought SVD token and thats why its taking lor more time. But just in case is there any way to speedup this process?

Great to see that Savedroid is edging nearer to selling 3.5 billion tokens, hopefully we can have a boost in sales over the next couple of weeks to reach the hard cap.

Remember guys keep promoting on twitter & tell your family, friends and colleagues.

Yeah i see 3.5b token sold in sight. We do need a boost of some sort maybe an upcoming listing on a good exchange or a new partnership, i'll keep promoting via social media from my end.

You can see your current bonus in the dashboard. Be aware that people need to complete KYC before the tokens are added to your dashboard. But they won't be minted before end of Main Sale.

does all the information presented by the project check out? for example, can you verify that the people listed as team members are actually supporting the project? can you double check any of the other information yourself by referencing other sources?

Minimum contribution to buy SVD on ETH? its 0.1 ETH or 0.05 ETH? its for KYC needed passport or just ID card?

Minimum contribution is 10€, it should be less than 0,05 ETH.

Level 1: €10 - €849 - capturing name and country of residence
Level 2: €850 - €4.199 - Level 1 + photo of ID card or passport + selfie
Level 3: €4.200 - 8.499€ - Level 1 + Level 2 + proof of address via utility bill (if not included on ID card)
Level 4: >€8.500: Level 1-Level 3 + capturing source of funds

Can somebody explain me why you just can't buy how much you want without doing this ? On exchanges i understand, but why do they do this also in the token sales ?

I think KYC is needed because;
Cryptocurrency exchanges are beginning to exclude cryptocurrencies that did not properly implement KYC processes.
If an ICO can demonstrate proper KYC then it will be possible for all parties to establish credibility with banks and follow Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Voluntary compliance thus gives a project and its participants a stamp of legitimacy with regulators and banks.

You can't neglect KYC process; it is crucial especially for the ICO to be able to cash out and use the funds. Banks/Government need to know the source of the funds to combat fraud and money laundry. Especially if larger sums are involved.

Exactly, this is why I'm pretty concerned when I see a new project / start up without the relevent KYC procedure, this doesn't fill investors with confidence, so it's good to see savedroid had already thought of a good procedure and had everything set in place.

Not doing KYC is just asking for a project to blow in your face, as time progresses legislation and regulations become more and more common in the cryptoworld
