Hardly, I'm just one hour away from the UK/GMT timezone and for me, the countdown ends Feb 1st, 01:00, so in the UK it ends Feb, 1st 00:00.

You will receive the microshares in April according to the SER tokens you hold. That's the "non-financial value" part of SER.

That's a demo account, I guess. Right now, all the real wallets should still be empty because there are no tokens yet. They will only be issued on January, 31st and so trade can only start then.
