How will you handle the legal issue if someone for North Korea is interested to buy some property in USA than how this platform will arrange Visa for him. There are so many countries which are not allowed to visit USA at the moment?
The main our idea is create a platform that will allow to tokenize real estate objects, so person from North Korea it is not necessary to visit USA. Our token first of all will give him stable crypto currency backed up by real assets. Thats what we will do. Option to use the objects of the Fund, not obligatory, it's jsut a right.
For example, in case of hotel the owner of the SRE token will receive the right to have free accommodation, etc. Visa problems in this case he will need to solve by himself.
You should more attentively read our white paper.
