Why do you need an Ico when the tech is already working?
Reasons:
1 . Marketing.
We want the majority of ETH users to use simpleENS to send ETH.
This will require a very large and well planned marketing campaign.
Which will be expensive.
2. Staff
Sending ETH is not a friendly experience right now.
Newbies unfamiliar with ETH are intimidated by the experience.
We want to hire support staff to walk people through sending ETH.
We also need funds to hire marketing directors and programmers.
3. Development
To accelerate the use of simpleENS. We will create decentralized exchanges, similar to etherDelta, that accept simpleENS addresses.
Gambling Dapps that accept simpleENS addresses.
We will also create lending markets that allow people to use their simpleENS addresses as collateral.
In summary, we need funding so that simpleENS can dominate this space.
Everyone who sends ETH to friends should be thinking about simpleENS. This is the goal.

Yes.
simpleENS will be the premier ENS system. Used around the globe to send ETH.
For now, simpleENS addresses can only be used on simpleENS.
But with growth and marketing, it will be available on multiple platforms.

Yes. Exactly.
It allows Ethereum users to send ETH securely using names such as "vitalik.buterin". No complicated address such as 0xdod4... .
It's also safer than a wallet because private keys are not stored.
Also, if you change your address, your friend can still send money to you.
Because you can always point your simpleENS name to a new address.

simpleENS allows you to send ETH to your friends using a name such as "john.rogers" or "vitalik.buterin".
simpleENS also allows you to send ETH to your friend using the real address (e.g "0xdo5d...).
Does this answer your question?
Also, it's not a wallet. We don't store your ETH.
You use your private key to "authorize" transactions - offline.
We store absolutely nothing. Let me know if you have other questions!

Users no longer have to enter a private key.
They can now scan a QR code of their private key from a paper wallet!

Is this a real coin that will have an ico ,there are lack of info's and with unorganized announcement post. A decent ico need to be well organized and have a good appearance not only its plans.

We're just polishing a few things beforehand.
