Why will the price of your token increase? Is it somehow used after ico?
Purpose of the Token:
SMARC: Dividend share token (and potential exit gains): 20% (security token in some jurisdiction, gray area)
LOGI: fuel to pay transactions on the LOGI Chain ecosystem. (Utility token)

As far as I know, the products or the tools are already being used for transportation. The ICO is meant for expansion and not a start-up operation. Actually I often wonder how will they integrate the token holders with the long-time stock holders of the parent company.
You are right! Smart containers is up and running, this token sale is to raise funds and expand.
20% of the ICO costs are for aligning the interests of the Smart Containers management.
