Why are you looking at all the ICO in a row? It is necessary to find one and invest in it the bulk of the money. Studying a lot of projects is a waste of time.
What about different ratings from ICO rating agencies? Do you consider them? Most of them are made for money, but maybe there are some that honor their reputation?

There are too many options there. Maybe they will need one month. So yes the main token sale can probably start within a week.
I hope it will be so. Now is the right time to invest in prospective ICO, as the recovery of the market will be slow.

The exact dates will be published later. Most probably the main token sale of Smartvalley will start in March! They need to raise $27m - rather a huge amount.
