I really like project with social application, especially when its used with a blockchain. Social network have great possibility and represent a big market these days. I think SOMA has great argument to build a nice marketplace, and will implement a good uses of the token, not only a shares of the project but really a token with utility.
Is the Social in competition with Bitbay or Syscoin for example? From reading the OP I don't really understand what the social aspect is about your marketplace. Only because it is decentralized and accessible without permission or what is the decisive aspect?

I don't understand the benefit of this Interactive Item card (IIC). I think I got it, that certain data (ownership history, price history) about a product are stored and, in case of a sale, were updated. But what is it good for?

whats minimum softcap require for soma? i think this project do fast to raise sofcap.

The product will be widely available - it's just marketing. It's not a bad strategy when you think about it.

It would have been great if there was an explanatory video regarding the flow of the project. Its kind of difficult to understand if you not aware of the general things.
Agreed. Steemit has monetization of value created, which I really like and would love to see here. Every like on a post is worth money , which encourage people to create good content.

Lots of icos are like yahoo on the blockchain, facebook on blockchain or something on the blockchain. The beautiful part of soma is, it is unique. Not a copycat of something in the blockchain. So I respect that. Even copycats have a big market in the blockchain, unique ideas have big market everywhere.
Hell why haven't I found your ANN earlier. Have read your whitepaper and I think that your ICO is something I missed in the crypto world.
After reading your ANN I have to say, interesting project concept. Have to read the whitepaper to deepen my knowledge but you have definitly my attention.

The Whitepaper in the OP is not easy to read, because of the lightblue colour font and the jpg-compression-artifacts.
If you have the original picture made of Soma-tech-Whitepaper.pdf, you could save it as uncompressed png-file or with 100 % quality in jpg and upload it again.

I agree. I had to zoom-in just to read it (and even then it wasn't a comfortable read. The font should be increased and as Frank37 has mentioned, the quality of the text needs to be sharpened.
So, what are changes of getting an invitation to get to play with the closed beta?
Just discovered this project, and I already am interested in the project after reading through the info in the original post. The idea of an IIC is an innovative approach, and with the thought and development that has already taken place over the past year, it should have a good chance of success. The team has a varied skillset and there are expert advisors for the project.
