Like there are a few successful online shops in my country but not globally.

I also think that ther're many platforms like that. All of them can't suceed so they need to put a lot of effort on it and have a good markerting campaign to be succesful

The team does have this differential, learning from the mistakes of others, others that have designed decentralized networks and Icos that designed the sale of data granted by the user have failed and left a space to be filled. After the success achieved by Sphere, I see all the potential to dominate this segment.

I don't think it is legal to buy them even on exchanges.

The only difference is, it is not the companies problem anymore. They are only obligated not to sell through ico process. They can't do anything beyond that.

The company need to comply to certain law and regulations. Its the law if they want to do the sale.
