The terms of the project look quite reasonable, the system of token issue is well worked out, the team looks impressive, there are partners that are credible, in the case of collecting the claimed amount, there is a high probability of realizing the idea in full.

As for now - yes.
If something changes before the ICO - we'll make updates.

We are in the process of negotiating with several ones, but cannot officially announce any names yet

about which resource are you asking? You mean vote for listing on exchenge like binance ?I suppose that's something like voting on ICO listings? For instance, ICOvoting offers such option for users

Meet Masashi Sakuma from SPINDLE
After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Business and Commerce, Masashi Sakuma worked as a certified public accountant, tax accountant and inheritance diagnosis consultant. Upon graduation, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, where he was tasked with auditing in the international department.
In 1997, he joined Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office, where he was in charge of accounting and tax management with regards to derivatives and liquidation etc. Afterwards, he worked in the investment banking department of HSBC Securities Tokyo branch and then in the investment banking department of J.P. Morgan Tokyo branch, where he was responsible for providing financial advice on domestic and cross-border M&A, and capital funding. In 2004, he joined Fields Corporation, where he was responsible for a wide range of tasks including strategic corporate investment and group organization restructuring as the manager in charge of business development, operating officer and the manager of the corporate development department, and operating officer and manager of the planning administration division in charge of IR. In 2008, he established Sada Partners and became the president and CEO. Then, while continuing his roles at Sada Partners, he established EMZ Accounting Group and has become its president and CEO.

As for the lock up period.
Once listed on the cryptocurrency exchange, those who participated in the crowdsal are forbidden to sell the two-thirds of the SPDs they own in the cryptocurrency exchange (direct sales are exempt from this rule) in the first month since being listed. And up until the second month of being listed, those who participated in the sale are forbidden to sell the one-third (1/3) of the SPDs they own in the cryptocurrency exchange (direct sales are exempt from this rule).
Well, that's how it is.
