Startima Project Summary
Startima is a
decentralized platform for holding lotteries and betting events using a blockchain technology. The open code ensures the confidence of participants in determining the winners, and the smart contracts ensure the automatic distribution of prizes among winners.
Being the owner of Startima STAT token, each user can:
- participate in a wide range of lotteries and betting events, which simply cannot be held on traditional betting and bookmaking platforms;
- choose any of the existing events for participation or create his own one in a matter of minutes;
- present a Startima token which provides access to any Startima event, or to a specific event on the Startima platform in the most suitable way - either as a paper certificate or in digital format;
- take part in Startima bonus programs, events or even shows.
Ways to Create and Hold Events
If you are a Startima token owner and want to create a lottery event, the process will look as follows:
- Log into Startima platform;
- Check if you have the right to create an event;
- If yes, define the event rules, terms, and conditions;
- Create the event in the "lottery section", set lottery ticket price, as well as winning amount and wait until bets reach the amount of prize fund;
- Finally, the platform will automatically identify the winner and pay his prize.
NB! Note, that Startima's commission is 2,5% of the total prize fund, which will be used for payment of consolation prizes (40%), become the prize fund for new drawing (20%) and cover Startima operating expenses (40%).
In case you want to create a betting event, you'll need to do the following steps:
- Log into Startima platform;
- Check if you have the right to create an event;
- If yes, create the event in the "betting section";
- Define the event rules, terms, and conditions (bet amount, prize fund, time frames);
- Wait until the bets reach the amount of prize fund;
- Finally, the platform or supernode will identify the winner and pay his prize.
