I hope that they will change they way to access the Whitepaper soon. Sure, they don't want US citizens to invest in the ICO but having to register to view the Whitepaper could also scare other potential investors away.

First of all I am not so sure of their reasons to not post the whitepaper publicly but I don't think it's any wrong to share the white-paper though but you can try signup again if it will work this time

I think he means on the superbloom platform if you are holding seed token you are automatically a member and therefore you will be eligible for any airdrop of free tokens and other benefits.
