NAGA Group AG (DE:) moved to positive EBITDA of €2.9m in FY17 on the back of higher brokerage fees and one-off ICO-related advisory fees. Management expects to double trading volumes in 2018. However, the business is still in its early stages, and future profitability will depend on the number and activity of brokerage clients, the success of recently launched products, as well as the sentiment towards cryptocurrencies in the aftermath of the recent market crash.

Positive EBITDA reported in FY17

NAGA EBITDA of €2.9m in FY17, following a surge in revenues (excluding activated programming services) to €12.8m (H117: €3.7m). This was driven by the growing customer base and higher trading volumes (€42bn in FY17) in the brokerage business, as well as advisory fees in initial coin offerings (ICOs). Sales growth continued in the first two months of FY18, driving the best monthly results in the company’s short history. The issuance (15 December 2017) of NAGA Coin raised US$50m, exceeding the initial goal of US$30m. The proceeds from the offering are earmarked mainly for marketing, platform growth and tech development projects. The NAGA Coin has already been introduced across the whole NAGA Ecosystem, although for now the adoption level is limited outside NAGA Trader.

Majority of investors are smaller and wanted to get results immediately and things didn't work like expected in short term to give results. This is the whole point of frustration else most important thing is development if they are active going on then shouldn't be any concern. It seems that some people are concentrating only on price that's why all the problem on their side.

I wish NAGA  and everyone a lot of success and hope for the future that everything runs smoothly.

Expect many investor maintenance your plan when ICO will begin!

Yes, most of the people are bothering much about the short terms decreases and this makes people confuse more about the market. Same thing happening with the Naga coin also because the price is kept declining and people cannot able to manage their emotions of selling them for low prices.

THIS IS HOW IT GOES:
NAGA TEAM SELLING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM CRYPTO EXCHANGES, AND USE THOSE MONEY TO INCREASE THE BUY ORDERS  OF NAGA SHARES FROM STOCK EXCHANGE. THIS OF COURSE INCREASE/STABILIZE THE PRICE AND GIVE CONFIDENT TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE INVESTORS.

Can you explain little more in details how decrease in price of NGC are helping the Naga shares to be stabilized on sock market index ? If you can provide anything to understand any correlation between these two this way as you said, will be great to know. It is general market instability which is pressing the markets without making any difference among them in my opinion.

Capitalization when the ICO is quite large and traditional coin, the ability to bring profits in a short time e is very difficult. Naga is only suitable for long-term investment projects.

If price is only criteria to judge any project then your approach isn't correct. Price of any alternative coin should be used to see when everything is working fine as collectively. We all know that market is trying to find its direction and based on that price will move as well. Till then small changes some times up and other times little down this is everywhere happening. You can call it side ways trading.
