People have capitulated already in many project and this is sign of recovery. NAGA coin alone can't move the direction of market it is part of it and must follow the trend whether bearish or bullish. That is true because of their delivered work hopes were quite big and ambitious but results in market of NGC were different. I still will give them benefit of bad market's conditions to expect complete rebound this year.
