What does it mean?

Within the TGE (or in other words, ICO), investments are made in the ETH and the BTC currency. After the start of the project, prospective investors will be able to invest in conventional currency funds in funds.

Will they work with any fiat currency or with certain ones? For example, can I invest in yenna, ruble or another currency?

I do not know for sure, but perhaps this currency will be converted to USD in accordance with the rate.
