The community will have a significant influence over managing the ACE agency, participating in decision-making process in respect of particular operational decisions. Through the ACE platform, each holder of ACE tokens will

This business model is already working. We have signed the first player - Veronika Kudermetova (20 WTA & ITF titles). She signed an agreement with us. And the first advertising contract is $82K - forming the revenue stream for the agency. Also, agency looks for advertisers for 4 outstanding tennis players from top-100.

We have different targets for funding. The nearest is $7.5 mln. For the scenario of $7.5 million in funds raised, we will sign more than 10 junior players.

Yes. We already have signed a contract with Veronika Kudermetova (The winner of 20 WTA & ITF tournaments). We receive the commission from the players’ sponsorship contracts and prizes. TokenStars adheres to the standard commission rate of 20% of the players’ net prize money (excluding local taxes) and 20-25% sponsorships’ revenue.

The market, as well as the success of the tennis player, is unpredictable. Therefore, we will collect a pool of players and we developed several business scenarios (see WP, p. 51). We understand there are some risks, but the risks were calculated. And we do not hide it, we are working with it. Advertising contracts for young players will grow. We already have signed the contract with talented Veronika Kudermetova and very close to signing the contracts with 4 others from the top-100. And the first promoter (JAMI agency) is close to signing the first advertising contract of $82K for Veronika, forming the revenue stream for the agency. At the moment we are already looking at Spanish and Greece tennis players. And Brazilian football players.
