It seems to be a nice and solid project.
At least it seems in website and ICO reviews that I read...

I like that you give the community the opportunity to make a decision on a particular athlete. How many votes will a junior need to get, so that your company sign a contract with him?

I can see the main focus is just on celebrities and starts, are there any opportunities for upcoming stars or talents at this platform. I ask this because I have a couple of talents I would love to recommend.

Now I know how the talent selection process will be carried out in TokenStars! But one thing remains unclear: how will a personal assessment of each young athlete form?

Where can I convert the ACE tokens into the TEAM ones?
You can do this in your account. But I'm not sure that it can be done now. If yes going to website in your personal account.

How do you plan to make sure that the scouts offer really talented young men? After all, they can offer anyone, just to get money.
First of all, there will be Head of Scouting Network, who will confirm the most of the actions and make the final proposal on signing the contract with the talent.
Second, TokenStars will produce easy-to-install packages of the software required to run a network node and will provide all necessary instructions and worldwide 24/7 support.

If I find a good and talented young athlete, what data will I need to provide about him to the TokenStars platform?

Any TEAM token holder can become a Scout by signing up on the platform’s website or in the app.
You can read about it in our White Paper (from page 18): https://tokenstars.com/upload/files/team_whitepaper.pdf

I think that it's not so cool that the community will make a decision upon each candidate. Thereby, there is a small, but a chance that a vote will be bought. Generally speaking, there won’t be completely objective decision.
If the TokenStars community consisted of 100-200 people in the future, it would be real. But since in the future the community will consist of millions of users, it is just impossible to “buy” a voting. It will be even unprofitable.

Well, I say that the probability will be small, but, nevertheless, it will exist. If I the project developer, I would fix it somehow.
Supposedly, there will also be analysts, that will vote, whether to sign a contract with a young athlete or not. And this will be happening after the community voting.
ouuu, then it will be even easier to "buy" the required number of votes in such a voting. This only makes it worse.
If a voting of analysts raises any, the results of the voting can be easily checked. After all, TokenStars is primarily a transparent platform…
What may rise suspicions in the community?

Where can I convert the ACE tokens into the TEAM ones?
You just need to participate in the ICO and pay for the purchase with ACE tokens.

Can I get free tokens somehow?

The very first option is to receive free bonus tokens when buying on the ICO. I suppose, that they also give free TEAM tokens for registration, now.
