KYC: / Refund
It's a pitty, because I find Tokenstar/ACEa good and interesting project.
But I also know, in general someone have to be quite cereful in the Krypto Market. And that's the reason I don't want to send my Passport and a further Dokument to a company, who is complete new on the market.
Bigger Excanges can be an exeption...
Please could you explain us, what do in order to get the refund of our ACE in Ether or Bitcoin?

All the responsible projects include KYC procedure, so it became a necessity on the market. So, the more you are on this market the more you will have to provide ID.
Speaking of refund, we will provide it after we finish KYC procedure.
Could you please give us more information about
when you will start your refunds (pay back) for those participants, who did not want participate at the KYC,
as you wrote above.As in the original Whitepaper during the start of your ICO of ACE Token nothing was written of an KYC procedure.
Of corse I will pay the trasmission costs. Please in Ether and not in Bitcoin :-)

KYC procedure was stated in the Agreement of sales from the very beginning with which you agreed before sending crypto to us.
We ask to pass the KYC, because this is the user's obligation under the agreement of sale of tokens;
The refund is our right, and not an obligation. The return of money will be only to those whom we ourselves consider restricted and assign this status.
If you refuse or give fake documents - you don't become restricted, and, accordingly, don't receive the refund.
Please upload the documents in your dashboard.
